The Most Successful People Have an Intuitive in Their Back Pocket. I Know, Because I'm Their Intuitive.
Oct 13, 2026
The most successful people I know have an intuitive in their back pocket.
They don't put it on LinkedIn. They don't mention it in the leadership offsite. But before the big negotiation, the launch, the hire or the "should I take this offer," they get a read.
I know, because I'm their intuitive.
Who's actually booking
My clients include VPs, National Directors, Senior Managers and Team Leads across tech, marketing, advertising and finance. Plus founders, business owners and women building income on the side.
These aren't people who struggle to make decisions. They're people who make a lot of them, with a lot riding on each one. They've already done the spreadsheet. They've already asked their mentor. They want the information the spreadsheet can't give them.
Intuition is data
In my corporate career, I've managed hundreds of millions in ad spend. I have an MBA in Corporate Strategy. I live in data.
And I can tell you: the best leaders don't treat intuition as the opposite of strategy. They treat it as another data source. The one that shows you what's underneath the numbers: the energy behind a decision, the timing, the thing nobody in the room is saying out loud.
The difference between a gut feeling and a trained intuitive read is precision. A gut feeling says "something's off." A read tells you what is off, why, and what to do about it.
What successful people ask me
The questions are rarely "will I be happy?" They're specific:
- "Which of these two offers is the stronger timeline for me?"
- "What's really going on with this leader, and how do I work with it?"
- "I'm walking into a raise conversation Thursday. What's in the way?"
- "Which product should I launch first? What should I pivot, keep or let go of?"
- "Why do I keep hitting the same ceiling, no matter what company I'm at?"
For founders and business owners, I do intuitive business strategy reads. I intuitively test success rates and the highest timelines for each option, then pair it with my strategy background, so you leave with a plan, not just a feeling. I've helped a production company owner build a new offer suite and income stream, and worked with a physical products seller and a founder building a networking platform.
Why it works so well for high performers
High performers have a specific blind spot: they're very good at output. When something isn't working, their instinct is to work harder. More hours, more polish, more proof.
But if the root is energetic, more output doesn't fix it. It's the same script running in your Creator Field, just with a new deadline. A read finds the root, so your effort finally goes somewhere.
I know this one personally. In fall 2025, I was on a performance improvement plan, working harder than anyone around me. When I worked on the root instead of the output, I was off the plan in about eight weeks and accepted an offer with a 64% raise. The full story is here.
Why it stays in the back pocket
For years, I kept my own spiritual work quiet at my corporate jobs. Only a handful of people knew. A lot of my clients are the same: highly respected at work, and private about how they make their best decisions.
That's changing. On my newest team, I talked about my intuitive work from day one, and they were curious enough to ask me for a mediumship read. More people are ready to say it out loud: the smartest move is using every tool you have.
You don't have to choose between being spiritual and being strategic. The most successful people I know are both.
