Terms & Conditions

Last updated October 21, 2026

These terms explain how working with me works: what you can expect from me, what I expect from you, and the fine print that protects us both. Please read them before you book or buy.

1. Who I am and what these terms cover

This website and its services are offered by Megan Vasquez (“Megan,” “I,” “me,” or “my”), based in New Jersey, USA. These terms apply to meganvasquez.com, meganvasquez.mykajabi.com, and everything I offer, including intuitive reads, energy healing, animal communication, mediumship, past life readings, the Career Baddie Transformation, the Intuitive One Month Intensive, mentorship, group events, trainings, courses, and digital products (together, my “services”).

By using my website or buying a service, you agree to these terms and to my Privacy Policy. Some offers also come with their own service agreement at checkout. If that agreement says something different from these terms, the service agreement wins for that offer.

2. You must be 18 or older

My services are for adults 18 and over. By booking or buying, you confirm that you are at least 18.

3. What my work is, and what it isn’t

My services are offered for spiritual insight, personal growth, education, and entertainment purposes. They are not a substitute for professional advice or care, including:

  • Medical or mental health care. I’m not a doctor, therapist, or counselor, and I don’t diagnose or treat any condition. Energy work and intuitive guidance can sit alongside professional care, but they don’t replace it.
  • Veterinary care. Animal communication works alongside your vet, never instead of them. If your animal is unwell, please see a veterinarian.
  • Legal, financial, tax, or HR advice. My career and money offers, including the Career Baddie Transformation, combine intuitive work with strategy from my own corporate experience. Talk to a qualified professional before making legal or financial decisions.

If you’re in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact emergency services or a crisis line, like 988 in the US, right away. My sessions and messaging aren’t emergency support.

You are responsible for your own choices and actions, during and after working with me.

4. No guarantees

Intuitive, mediumship, and animal communication work is real, and it is also interpretive. I can’t guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or results. In mediumship, I can’t promise that a specific person in spirit will come through. Testimonials on my website reflect individual experiences and aren’t a promise of what you’ll experience.

5. Booking and scheduling

  • After you buy a 1:1 session, you’ll receive scheduling details by email, usually within 48 hours.
  • Please schedule your session within 30 days of purchase, unless your offer says otherwise. Sessions not scheduled within the booking window may expire.
  • To reschedule, give me at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions changed with less notice may be forfeited.
  • If you’re more than 15 minutes late without letting me know, the session counts as a no-show and is forfeited.
  • If I ever need to reschedule, I’ll let you know as early as I can and offer you a new time.

Multi-part offers, like the Career Baddie Transformation and the One Month Intensive, have their own timing windows, which are listed on the sales page and in your service agreement.

6. Payments and payment plans

Prices are listed in US dollars and are due at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Kajabi and its payment processors. If you choose a payment plan, you’re agreeing to pay the full amount, and payments will be charged automatically on schedule. If a payment fails, I may pause your access or sessions until it’s resolved.

7. Refunds

All sales are final. Because my services involve my time, energy, and preparation, and digital content is delivered immediately, I don’t offer refunds for purchased, completed, or missed sessions, or for digital products, unless an offer’s sales page or service agreement says otherwise, or the law requires it.

If I have to cancel a session and we can’t find a new time, I’ll refund the part of the service you haven’t received.

8. Chargebacks

If something isn’t right, please email me first. I’d always rather fix it with you directly. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute for a service you received, I may share proof of purchase, your agreement to these terms, and delivery records with the payment processor, and I may suspend access to my services while it’s resolved.

9. Recordings

Most 1:1 sessions take place over Zoom and are recorded so you can come back to them. Your recording is for your personal use. Please don’t post or share it publicly without my permission. How I may use recordings and session excerpts is explained in my Privacy Policy and in your service agreement.

10. Support between sessions

Some offers include messaging between sessions, like weekly Telegram check-ins in the One Month Intensive or messaging access in mentorship. I’ll respond within the timeframe listed for your offer, during the length of your program. This support isn’t for emergencies.

11. Confidentiality

What you share with me stays between us, except where I believe someone is at serious risk of harm or the law requires disclosure. In group programs and events, please keep what other participants share confidential too.

12. Testimonials and feedback

If you send me a testimonial or feedback, you give me permission to share it on my website, social media, and marketing, with your first name or initials, or anonymously. You can ask me to remove it at any time, and I’ll remove it from anything I control going forward.

13. My content and methods

Everything on my website and in my programs, including text, videos, recordings, course materials, worksheets, frameworks and named methods, and my brand, belongs to me and is protected by copyright and other laws. When you buy a course, training, or program, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own growth. You may not copy, resell, share logins, or teach my materials or methods as your own without my written permission.

14. Group programs and community conduct

In group calls, events, and communities, please be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, sharing others’ personal stories, recording other participants without consent, or soliciting members for your own business isn’t allowed. I may remove anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.

15. Third-party platforms

I use third-party tools such as Kajabi, Zoom, Loom, Telegram, and Instagram to deliver my services. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. I’m not responsible for their outages or policies.

16. Disclaimer

My website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, I make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the website or services.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I’m not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of my website or services, or from decisions you make based on them. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me for the service in question in the 12 months before the claim.

18. Indemnification

You agree to hold me harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that come from your misuse of my services or content, or your breach of these terms.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules. If we have a disagreement, let’s first try to resolve it directly and in good faith by email. If we can’t, any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

20. Other legal bits

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If I don’t enforce a term right away, that doesn’t mean I’ve waived it. These terms, my Privacy Policy, and any service agreement for your offer are the full agreement between us.

21. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. I’ll change the “last updated” date at the top when I do. The version in effect when you made your purchase applies to that purchase.
